Project Description:
Project scope included select mechanical system replacements and a complete controls system replacement throughout the entire school. The existing control system was being systematically removed and replaced for each piece of equipment to facilitate a new open protocol building automation system integrated into the SAISD network.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. was the Prime Firm and provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
