Project scope was a new 20,000 sq. ft. building for the statewide headquarters for the Special Olympics organization. The building includes private offices, open area work stations, conference rooms, collaborate gathering spaces, a teleconferencing facility, and a Family Resource Center. There are high-tech training rooms that are  especially for coaches, volunteers, athletes and medical professionals.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire alarm and fire suppression engineering design and construction administration services.

Project received the 2016 National ABC Eagle Award
