Project Description:

The new 92,000 sq. ft. residence hall, Périgueux Hall, is named after the birthplace of Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, who founded the Society of Mary (Marianists) in 1817. The hall has approximately 234 beds and is and is located in The Village at St. Mary’s. The project includes lounge/community spaces, conference/study space, club/game room, laundry facilities, a new pool deck, grilling stations and outdoor dining areas.

design and construction administration services.
