Project Description:
The project scope included a new two-story, 68,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art performance music building complete with a 600 seat concert hall, 75 seat recital hall, rehearsal and instruction facilities, classrooms, piano and electronic music labs, studios, faculty offices and practice rooms.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
