Project Description:

The Texas A&M University System and the University of Texas System cooperated to build an expansion to the existing (Module 1) Joint Library Facility on the Texas A&M University Riverside Campus. The Module 2 expansion adds 12,000 sq. ft. of conditioned stacking space complete with new environmental control systems. Our scope of work included commissioning of all new environmental control systems and electrical systems.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection and controls engineering design and construction administration services and commissioning services.
