Project Description:
The North Campus Phase II is located at the existing John H. Winters campus. The project design was for a new seven-story, 302K GSF office building renovation with seven-level parking structure with appx 1550 parking spaces and utility connections to the existing Central Utility Plant.
Project will not move to the construction phase.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering design services.
