Project Description:

The project scope was a new three-story, 48,400 sq. ft., 165 bed residence hall. Facility includes student dorm rooms, lounges, vending/break rooms, laundry rooms, seminar rooms, classrooms, group study rooms, a game room and entry lobby. Project included coordination in-house with 3D modeling to accommodate space constraints and consistent communication with the Local Fire Marshall and University Staff to ensure safety, budget and long-term maintenance needs were met.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided  complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems engineering design and construction administration services.
