Project Description:
The project scope for package 3 renovations included three new buildings: a 15,400 sq. ft. outreach & conference center, a 20,000 s. ft. career education center, and a 7,000 sq. ft. support staff building.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
Awards / Recognition:
Submitted/Received Austin Energy Commercial Rebates for Automatic Lighting Controls, Variable Frequency Drives, Direct Expansion.
