Project Description:

The existing outside fresh air units were removed and new outside air units serving the Texas State Capitol Extension were installed. The Guerra team designed and specified fresh air units to fit within the existing confined spaces at the Capitol Extension in a cost effective manner to meet the Owner’s budget.

The Guerra team also designed and specified a new Building Management System (BMS), that enhanced the operation of the existing system with an open protocol front-end that provided a reliable to integrate with all of the HVAC control components for a of variety of BMS manufacturers.
