Project Description:

The Texas Capitol is an historic landmark and serves as the seat of government for the great state of Texas.  The Capitol and the Capitol Extension require constant attention which is a primary mission of the State Preservation Board.

Outside Fresh Air Unit (OAU) Replacement: Removed existing outside fresh air units and installing new outside air units serving the Texas State Capitol Extension. The engineering team designed and specified fresh air units that were installed in a cost effective way in the current spaces provided at the Capitol Extension.

Building Management System (BMS): Removed the existing temperature control that served the Texas State Capitol Building, and installing a new system.  The Engineering team designed and specified a Building Management System (BMS), that replicated the operation of the most current system with an open protocol front-end that provides reliable and proven success when integrating with HVAC control components of a variety of manufacturers.
