Project Description:
The project scope was the upgrade of the existing Alkek Library infrastructure that will support renovations to include a new Student Learning Commons. Complete upgrade of the building included mechanical, electrical, information technology and supporting infrastructure.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
