Project Description:

The new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Classroom Building will be a 5-story structure comprised of approximately 155,900 gross square feet. The Project will require site and utility improvements/upgrades to provide a facility that is efficient and functional to its users. The new building will house the Computer Science and Math departments, and will be designed to provide instructional space, student workspace, tutoring and testing space, administrative space, research space, and meeting space.

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra Inc. is providing complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing , Fire-Suppression and Fire Alarm engineering design services, commissioning services and construction administration services.
