Project Description:
The project consisted of a new single-story, 7,922 GSF, Campus Services Building and is the new home of multiple departments that include: Facilities, Parking Services, Mail Services, Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management, University Police Department, & IT. The space includes a lobby, offices, conference space, breakrooms, restrooms and storage.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
