Project Description:

This project was a major renovation of the existing Alkek library of the 1st floor of the existing library to accommodate information technology upgrades and provide better utilization of existing leaning and meeting space. The scope of work included extensive additions and modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and special system infrastructure which were all performed while the building remained in operation.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
