Project included onsite improvements consisting of a three-story building with loading dock, parking areas, grading and civil landscape, onsite drainage system, a detention pond, and onsite utilities.  Developing a community atmosphere, campus engagement and personal development for the University residents is at the heart of everything the Department of Housing and Residential Life does for the students, faculty, and fellow staff members.
