Project Description:

40,100 sq. ft. complete renovation of the first and second floors of this historic building on the Texas State University Campus in San Marcos, Texas. Project included the replacement of all HVAC power distribution, lighting and plumbing systems as well as the installation of new fire protection and fire alarm systems.
