Project Description:
Project scope was a 12,700 sq. ft. addition that included new athletic staff offices and an alumni/booster event facility. Grading, Drainage, Utility Layout, Parking Design, and Permitting Service through the City of San Marcos.
Services Provided:
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
