Project Description:
This project was a major renovation of an existing building on a university campus. A complete construction sequence was created to facilitate the construction work while maintaining the building occupancy. Scope of work was a complete replacement of the existing Air Handler Units 4A04 and 4A03 that serves the 4th floor of the Health Sciences Center for the offices and laboratory spaces.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design and construction administration services.
