Project Description:
New four-story, 500 bed dormitory style residence hall. Facility includes student dorm rooms, lounges, break rooms, laundry rooms, seminar rooms, group study rooms, game rooms and full commercial kitchen and dining areas.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and special systems engineering design and construction administration services.
