Project Description:

The project involved an extensive 60,000 square feet  renovation for three floors of the existing 15-story building to provide a new Commissioner’s Courtroom, Multi-Purpose Meeting Rooms, Commissioner’s Office, Judges Offices, Treasurer’s Office, a Deli, and other miscellaneous support spaces.

 

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete structural, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design and construction administration services.
