Travis County CommUnity Care North Central Health Center – Austin, Texas
The new 50,000 sq. ft. health clinic is a energy efficient structure that is LEED Silver Certified. The innovative health center is a highly regarded destination for medical education, science and research and the clinic has the ability to give diverse medical, dental and specialty care services to patients, as well as educate and train Austin’s future medical professionals in a modern environment. Project scope included the two-story community health care facility with administrative spaces, classrooms, multi-purpose spaces, diagnostics department, doctor’s offices, examination rooms, outpatient clinics and a pharmacy.
Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm and IT engineering design and construction administration services.
