Project Description:

Complete renovation of the first floor office and gallery spaces. Fire alarm, fire suppression and life safety upgrades for entire building. Project affected approximately 30,000 square feet of the existing building as was implemented while the building remained operation.

Services Provided:

Jose I. Guerra provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and special system programming, design and construction administration services.
