The purpose of this Feasibility Study is to provide the Moody College of Communication (MC) with conceptual design studies for the renovation of Studio 6A and its support spaces on Levels 6, 7, and 8 of the Jesse H. Jones Communication Center Building B (CMB). The Moody College of Communication will soon regain substantial areas within the CMB building. The reacquisition of Studio 6A provides the Moody College of Communication with the opportunity to create a multi-use facility that benefits the college and its students. The desired uses for a newly renovated Studio 6A include live music performances, film screenings, live streaming events, and various flat floor events including but not limited to receptions, lectures, seated dinners, and other performances and gatherings.
