Project Description:
Complete renovation of the third through sixth floors of the existing Law School Building, including replacement of all MEP systems. Fire alarm, fire suppression and life safety upgrades for the entire six story building. Project affected approximately 80,000 square feet of the existing building and was implemented while the building remained in operation.

Jose I. Guerra, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and special system programming, engineering design and construction administration services.
