New 17,900 sq. ft. Higher Education Learning Center is complete with Classrooms, Multi-Purpose Rooms, Conference Rooms, Library, Computer Lab, Lounge, Administrative Offices, and miscellaneous support spaces.

Jose I. Guerra Inc. provided complete civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and special systems engineering design and construction administration services.
